  • To process your symptoms and generate AI-powered health insights.
  • To produce medical reports you can share with your healthcare provider.
  • To improve the accuracy and quality of our AI models through anonymized, aggregated data.

Your symptom data is not stored after your session ends. All processing happens in real-time. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data that is retained, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Secure authentication via Supabase and Google OAuth.
  • Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • OpenAI: To power our AI diagnostic engine. Symptom data is sent to OpenAI for processing and is subject to their data usage policies.
  • Supabase: For authentication and database services.
  • Google OAuth: For secure user authentication.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Opt out of anonymized analytics collection.
